150 Days!

I can’t believe I have made it this far, but it feels so good to have reached this point. The last 30 days have been a bit rough on the eating lifestyle front. I got sick two days back into work. Being around all of the kids’ germs must have been a shock to my immune system. On top of that, I also had a prolonged allergic reaction from the cats I was exposed to at my last guesthouse in Thailand. Because I was sick I was eating more than usual. There were also extra goodies around the apartment that I couldn’t resist. Despite all the ups and downs I managed to make some gains.

Highlights:

  1. Ran a 5K with Kristen right after getting back from vacation
  2. Raised my Fitbit step goal to 12,000 steps per day
  3. Signed up for a legit gym in the Fengyuan SOGO
  4. Lost the 2 lbs. I gained on vacation.
