It’s official! I have gone through my first earthquake. Now before you start panicking I just want to say that it was a very small earthquake that lasted less than a minute. I was in my Tree House 6 class and around 6:00pm the windows started rattling and then stopped after a little bit. Then I started feeling very dizzy and kind of sick. I just ignored it because none of the kids were reacting to it and I was recovering from a cold. But then my co-teacher comes into the room and asked if I felt the earthquake. I looked at her and asked, “What earthquake?”. I didn’t even know that what had happened! So silly!
At least I know what to expect next time. I told my mom that I have officially traded snowstorms for earthquakes. I hope there are not any more earthquakes that I experience in the future that are worse than that one. Click here for more information on the earthquake.
Until next time, everyone stay safe out there!
